About Charlotte

Hello, I'm Charlotte

I'm just starting out on a journey I've dreamed about for a long time — offering holistic therapies to help people slow down, reset and feel cared for.

Alongside this I work full-time for a domestic abuse charity, so I understand how heavy life can feel. My hope is to give people somewhere gentle to land — an hour out of the day that's entirely about you.

I've had reflexology every four weeks for the last seventeen years and it has genuinely changed my life. Sharing that with others feels like giving something back.

The therapy

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, hands or ears.

Based on the theory that these areas correspond to different organs and systems in the body, practitioners use these maps to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support the body's natural healing processes.

It's absolutely amazing — a treatment that leaves you feeling like you.

  • Deeply relaxing
  • Rebalancing

  • Supports natural wellbeing

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

A few of the questions people ask most often. If yours isn't here, just drop me a message.

What should I expect at my first session?

We'll start with a short, relaxed chat about how you're feeling, any health bits I should know about and what you'd like from the treatment. Then you'll settle in — fully clothed for Indian Head Massage, or shoes and socks off for Reflexology — and let the hour be about you.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Nothing at all. Wear something comfy, avoid a heavy meal just before, and try to arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushing. A big glass of water afterwards is always a good idea.

How will I feel afterwards?

Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, a little floaty, and sleep really well that night. Some notice slight tiredness or a mild headache as the body rebalances — this is normal and passes quickly.

Is there anyone who shouldn't have a treatment?

There are a few conditions where I'd need a GP's go-ahead first — pregnancy in the first trimester, recent surgery, or certain medical conditions. Just mention anything in your enquiry and I'll let you know.

How do I pay?

Cash or bank transfer on the day — whichever is easier for you.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens — please just let me know as soon as you can if you need to rearrange, so I can offer the slot to someone else.
